Pre-Order Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This policy lays out the terms and conditions of these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout and then fulfill and ship the order at a future date.

You cannot cancel a pre-order. Once your order has been received, you can request a full or partial refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.

IMPORTANT: The manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps, which are linear. We have done our best to provide an accurate delivery estimate. In the unlikely event of a delay, our team will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
